CIP Partner: The Binghamton Marine Corps League
Description: Red & White Catering/Chenango Bridge Red & White joined nine other local chefs to compete for the best BBQ Smoked Ribs in Broome County. Tickets were sold to people to attend the fundraiser and vote for their favorite rib! Red & White Catering donated garden salad and rolls to complete the buffet spread for guests to enjoy.
Goal: We are grateful for the men and women who served our country. The Rib Cook Off proceeds were to benefit a local veteran organization, and we appreciated the opportunity to be even a small part of the efforts to raise money for those who fought for our country.
